This policy explains what personal data romanesl.com collects, why, and what rights you have. The site is operated by Roman Bokancha, an independent English teacher based in Cyprus.
What data is collected
The site has no registration and no forms. Data reaches me only when you contact me yourself — by email, WhatsApp or phone. In that case I receive what you choose to send: your name, contact details and the content of your message.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses Google Tag Manager, which may load analytics tools. These set cookies and collect anonymised usage data: pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser. They run only after you agree in the cookie banner. Until you agree, analytics storage stays disabled.
Legal basis
Analytics runs on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser. Correspondence about lessons is processed to answer your enquiry and to provide the service you asked about.
Who else sees the data
Analytics data is processed by Google. Hosting is provided by ADM.TOOLS (ukraine.com.ua), which stores site files and mail. Your data is never sold or passed to anyone else for marketing.
How long it is kept
Correspondence is kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics service, in aggregated form.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, object to processing, or ask for a copy. Write to english@romanesl.com. If you believe your data is handled improperly, you may complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated date.
